Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is a type of lymphoma that affects the lymph nodes and lymphatic system.

The most commonly affected lymph nodes are those located in the neck and in the area of the mediastinum (the space between the two lungs and the heart), although in some people the disease may affect organs such as the spleen, liver, and bone marrow.
